The Fun Ride is a 15 minutes flight from the helipad at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, passing over the man-made island Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, The World Islands, to Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai, and returning to the helipad at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai.

The City Circuit – 25 Minutes

The City Circuit is a 25 minutes flight from the helipad at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, taking direction to the historic Dubai Creek via Burj Al Arab, The World Islands, Burj Khalifa, Union House, Port Rashid, and on the way back flying over Ski Dubai, the Jebel Ali Horse Race Track, and the new Dubai areas of Media City, Internet City, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Emirates Livings, returning to the helipad at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai.

The Grand Tour – 45 Minutes*

The Grand Tour is a 45 minutes flight, combining the Fun Ride and the City Circuit and additionally covering Meydan Racecourse, the Nad Al Sheeba Camel racetrack and the Jebel Ali Palm.

The Customizer Tour – 60 Minutes*

The Customizer Tour is a 60 minutes flight taking the 45 minutes to the next level. The customer becomes the architect of its design – your wishes will be included in the flight route**.

  • In the event of cancellation, customers will receive a notification call or if that is not possible, a full refund or they can amend the same for any other dates.
  • For flight safety regulations, passengers must provide required information on height, weight, full name and address in the booking page or document. Passengers’ weight will be checked prior to their flight due to helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions.
  • For each flight there is a maximum of six (6) persons and a total of 400 kg / 880 pounds.
  • Please note all guests are requested to reach the helipad at least 45 minutes prior to departure and need to present a valid photo ID.
  • Child Policy: two (2) years and above can board the flight.
  • Guests are recommended to dress in comfortable and light sportswear. Earrings and large pieces of jewelry are not permitted on board of the helicopter for passenger safety reasons.
  • Passengers will be subject to security control as per GCAA regulations. Baggage is not permitted on board the helicopter and can be left at the designated lounge lockers at the heli pad.
  • For camcorder and telephoto lenses permission please contact Alpha Tours LLC prior to booking.

  • Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant women can fly with Alpha Tours only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy OR upon your own risk.
  • Conditions of Carriage: Alpha Tours has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe, or may be hazardous or cause discomfort to the aircraft, crew, or passengers.
  • Late Arrivals: Alpha Tours LLC bears no responsibility for customers who arrive late for their tour. In such cases Alpha Tours reserves the right to release the flight at the scheduled time unless the flight can be rescheduled without adversely affecting the timings of other scheduled tours.
  • Refund Policy: Any claim for refund from Alpha Tours LLC must be submitted in writing by filling in a refund from with the required documents attached & undersigned. This will take seven (7) working days from the date of the booked flight time to receive the money in your account.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of tours cancelled 48 to 72 hours prior to the tour will receive 100% refund; tours cancelled within 48 hours will receive 50% refund & tours cancelled within 24 hours will receive no refund
